Or, alternatively, if you have any questions about the webinar, please feel free to email us at [email protected], and I can get back over to you on that. But for now, I'm gonna hand you over to my colleague Renee who will kick off the webinar. Thank you, Christy. Hello, everyone. My name is, Renep Choir, and I'm general manager for tools and processes in India. Today, I would like to use this opportunity to introduce you what we are preparing in the future. So I will share my screen. I would like to present you, the navigator on LPH, which is a mobile partner app. Right now, it's still in beta version, but we are planning planning officially soon. So let me show you how it's working. It's basically AI, which is trying to use all the available, landline sources and materials to give you the right answers or navigate you to the right direction. I prepared for today, some questions which are basically usual from the partners. So we can start, with the general question. For example, I prepared what is the highest, laptop series, and the navigator is giving you, basically, the best possible answer. As you can see, there is no right answer because the other question is too general. So it's giving you several options, and some of you some of them should fit to you your question. Or we can be more specific. For example, what is the latest yoga model available in The UK? So navigator is, for the product questions, always giving you some suggestions of products. And then, basically, it's trying to describe, the answer or give you the right answer, if possible. So for this question, the latest product, from yoga series available in The UK is Yoga Tap Plus and also some additional information if it's in stock or available. You can also ask additional questions. For example, here we have the question, what desktops are available? You get a lot a lot of products, available in The UK from desktops, but here you can get a brief, overview what is available, what are the names of the product categories, and things like this. So you can scroll down, review what is what you are interested in, and, there are always, some suggestions, how the navigator can help you. If we are interested in some additional questions or you can also write something, what is important for you, for example, price range. It will give you the suggestions immediately and also some descriptions if you would like to review that or if you would like to, you know, apply additional criteria, for example, memory or things like this. Why we are introducing this? Because customer experience is really important for us, and, also, it's important the first impression. So we are covering in EMEA too many markets. So sometimes, partners are not, not comfortable to speak in English, so they would like to prefer their language. So for this, this navigator is supporting many languages. So for example, here is a question in Germany, German language. So what are the product series for notebooks? Here we can see we are getting, the answer in the German language. Also, here is an example for the best notebook, in French, and it will give you the exact answer based on the criteria which you, ask. I think I used here the price, so this is the most expensive one. Also, you can ask, what t series are available? For example, you get exact models for each generation which is available. You can ask also additional question if you are interested in the configuration of products and things like this. If you are, not sure and you need to quickly compare, some products, you can do it like this. For example, I compare ThinkPad, p 16 s with p 16 v because sometimes, the difference is not clear. So here is clear comp comparison, basically, comp component by component, and you can see what are the differences and what is basically better for you. Also, it's, giving you the advice how to choose if you are absolutely new, and you are still not sure what is the best for your company or for the customer. So here are also the advices. So you can take a look on that. If you need some additional, product information, there are also, the links. Here is, also another view. I showed you before, the desktop portfolio here available in UK, and we end up in view like this because we started from general questions to more specific. In this case, we started with exact criterion, which is price. So that's, why navigator is changing the view, for partner based on the order of questions and things like this. So there is a pretty high logic behind. So, for example, we end up in view like this, which is a little bit more different, but, probably the user is most most more experienced with this, so that's why view looks differently. So for live demonstration how quickly this navigator can react, I will start, for example, with intro for new partners. So let's say I want an overview of notebook series available in The UK. I'm logged in in UK account, so that's why I'm asking the questions regarding The UK portfolio. And the system is reviewing the materials and available products. As you can see, there is a lot of information because the question is pretty general. So here are some descriptions. So let's say I'm interested in l series and t series. So I would like some comparison of those two series, and navigator will generate me the overview. So we can see from several perspectives, there are comparisons. So, partner can review that and decide based on the available information. Once, he's able to do the decision, he can ask simply, I'm interested in in parallel series, for example. And it will give you much more details about this series. Here we can see we are also getting, available models. So of, thirteen, fourteen, and 15, what are the differences, for who, those products are best for, and things like this. If it's still not enough information for partner, they can ask for more, for example, for, brochure about l series, and the system will able to navigate partner to some additional, portals or websites about the products. So I will quickly show you only the links. You can see here you can find additional information about products, also search products based on, components. This is basically the same. Sorry. Yep. Okay. So we can ask for a list of available l series in UK. So right now, we are asking exactly about the products. So we should get also, some suggestions for products. Okay. We are getting, some main information about the products. We want more, so we can ask exactly about the configurations. So, we get basically available components and we need to build basically what, is required. So let's say, we will pick those models. And we are interested in 32 gigabagram. And here we are. We're getting the results, exact products, where partner can be still unsure what is the difference. So based on the main description, we can pick the product, ask for comparison. So compare those two products, and we will get exact differences. And based on that, we can do the decision. If there are components the same, so it's mentioned in the view. So we can see also the price difference, battery and weight, connectivity. Display is the same for those products. But, for example, graphics can make a difference for, the request. So based on this, we can choose clearly the product which is needed. This navigator, is still in development and not officially officially released. It will be released soon, probably this summer. What what is the plan for the future? We would like to implement also additional functionalities, which is connection to line a little bit portal. So, later, you will be able to create a bid request, from this navigator directly. You don't need to go to LBP. If you want something more complicated, it's it's recommended to use really LBP if you need to configure the products and change the components and things like this. But for example, you can get some overview from LBP even right now. For example, how many active, bits we have, And it will give me the overview of active dates in LBP. I can ask for accept bid IDs. Also, there is a possibility to modify, the view or create some dashboards here. Example, please. See, if you need some additional information, the navigator is able to download the required data from LBP and create a view, which is basically requested by you or required. So, as I mentioned, bit creation is not released yet because there are still some, updates in progress. So, as I mentioned, wait for the official release and give it a shot. Thank you. And, Steven, you can go on stage. Thank you, Renee. So good morning also from everybody to everybody from my side. So as Renee has shown you already a sneak peek at what we can do in the future, I'm gonna show you how we will still do it today. So I will take you through LBP. Well, first, of course, log on to LPH, then go to LBP, show you what's available there, and actually run a complete bid based on the outcome outcome of the AI navigator that, Renee just showed you. So let me quickly share my screen. So as you can see here, I'm logged on as a tier two reseller, again in The UK. So this would be the landing page, on LPH already shown by Christie just before. What I want to do, I want to do I want to raise a bid request, so I'll go to sales and register a deal or raise a bid, which will take me then automatically into LBP e, as we say, the external facing part of our quoting tool. As you can see, and I'll quickly take you through the navigation pane. We we have here PCSD and ISG, so you can flip between the two business units, making sure you can actually see the bits that are raised for IDG and the bits that are were raised for ISG. We will stick to, PC for now. What you can do here, create a new bid request, pretty self explaining. So create a new bid request, then you have the my bid request overview. So here the system will show you all of the bid requests that are for your company within the system with all relevant information attached. You can also have my leads that we will not cover during this call, but also create deregistration or my deregistration. So pretty similar to create a new bid, that's where you would create a new deregistration or get an overview from the active deregistrations in the system. This is actually something we will cover in our next webinar in two weeks on May 20 where we will go do a deep dive on deregistration and show you also the differences between the two business groups on how to raise a, deregistration. New customer bonus, that will also be covered on that session. So new customer bonus is is a discount code driven logic that will allow you to have an additional rebate, on your on your bid request when you're dealing with a new end customer. Of course, pretty important if you're brand new to the system the user guide if you click here the system will allow you to download the user guide. It's pretty extensive. It's about 100 and something pages. It covers actually everything that is today or things you can run into on LBPE and get you started, in case you you're stuck left or right. But, of course, we will try to cover as much as we can during these webinars. And of course also, because I'm logged on as an administrator, you will see all of the discount codes that were assigned to my company, and I will also show you on how these can be applied on the specific bits. So let's just go back. I'm gonna create a new bid request. Let's call it webinar request. I'm not gonna touch the bid subtype. Bid subtype is actually to indicate towards Lenovo that you're using a, I would say, a nonstandard bid. So the ones you would, by default, see or but in most cases, you would see or either demo purchases, star deal, OBM, and BP internal. For people who are interested in more information, I will quickly go through them. So demo purchases is when you would actually buy a kit you want to use for demonstration purposes. A star deal, not available in all countries but in countries where it's supported. That will be where you as a reseller want to buy product to put on your inventory, and maybe even partially use your star seller points. OEM, very specifically, that's when you have an agreed solution through our OEM division that would also require you to indicate that when you request, a new, quote. And very important, one that is often used but might but need some explanation, BP internal. So when would you be allowed to use BP internal bid request? That's when you as a reseller are going or as a distributor, also possible, when you are going to use Lenovo material for your real own use. So you got a new employee, you need a notebook, of course, you you want them to get the best of the best, so you want to give them a Lenovo notebook. That's where you would select BP internal or on the ISG side. If your if your accountant says that, like, that we're gonna do an upgrade on our ERP system, we need a new server for that, you could also buy a new server to run your new ERP system or for whatever application you would need it for internal use, you could select BP internal. Really important to understand, if you were to actually click that BP internal, the system will indicate, hey. You've selected something nonstandard and will show you also the additional terms and conditions. In this case, when you buy something for BP internal, there is the restriction that this this product bought under these conditions cannot be resold within the first six months or one hundred and eighty days. So you really have to use that that product for at least six months internally before you might or you might decide to sell it off, to to a part to an end customer, but that cannot happen within the first one hundred and eighty days. So in this case, we're gonna use a standard bid request. If wanted, you can also put a customer reference there. So if your end customer has a specific reference he wants to have mentioned on all of your quotes, that could be filled out here. What we need to do, we need to search for the end customer, of course, a small improvement which we created throughout the the last few months. The system will show you here all of the most recently used or the most often used end customers on your bid request. That will save you some time. So if you're working with a with an end customer that has been asking several quotes a day, it will actually show up here making sure you don't have to go through the search option. But nevertheless, for the sake of purpose for the sake of the presentation here, I will look for my end customer. So I put in here a complete or a partial name. I will click on search and the system will now search through our the database of all the end customers that have Top Choice in their name. I need the middle one. That's the one I need. And just click on save, and the system will take me now, to the to part of LBP where I can start adding products. Just going quick through what you can see here. So system will show you here which end customer I have selected in the previous screen. It will also indicate which segment. So this is a SMB account. It's based in The UK. It will put the requester's name here, and it would also put here my partner, the the end customer ID, but also my end customer or my reseller name and my reseller ID. If somebody would ask for that, that's where you can find this. It will also indicate that it's the business partner, so me as a reseller who has started the bid request, and it will will show, if possible, already the dates. So created date is today. Last modified is also today, but it's not showing any of the other dates. These dates will be populated as we go through the bidding process. So in the previous presentation by Rene, he made the selection to have this system being added. So I can just paste that number within within this field and the system will automatically retrieve that information. I can select the system. This will now be added to my bid and probably our system will believe like, chances of you just buying that base system are pretty slim. So let me just show you which are the most common board options with this specific system. So in this case, the system suggests I should take five year premier support. Think pretty good idea. Pretty expensive notebook, so I might want to keep it under maintenance for the first five years. Of course, I wanna have some options with it. The headset, since we are spending a lot of time on Teams. Let's make sure our people can do that using a proper headset. And since, we're looking at let me quickly see at a 14 inch screen, probably my people would also like to have pretty big screen making sure they can show these huge excels on their screen. So I'm pretty happy with the preselected options, and I can just click on okay, then they will be automatically added to my bid request. Or I can do show more, then the system will show me more available options if the option I want to add is not there. But I could also alternatively go into the product catalog, which I will show you later, and add the specific systems or options I would want to have added to my bid request. So just click okay. I'm okay with having all of these. The system will add these now to my bid request, and I need this for five people. So making sure we don't start a fight. People having no headset, that will be kind of a problem, and making sure also everybody has a screen. So in this case, I've created a bid request or I've prepared a bid request. Five base systems, five times the warranty upgrade, the headset, and the visual to go with it, but the system will also like to know me which kind of target pricing I'm looking for. So that is something I would fill out here under the request reseller unit price. Standard price is £1,287. I think I should be able to easily sell it when I get a price of $9.09 9. I kind of like this sub 1,000 pricing. And I will now hit the request price button. When I do so, the system will take my the information I have provided, and it will do some mathematics and it will come back with the best price it can do based on my configuration. It will take into account the quantities I've selected. So in this case, I want to have five and it will, based on that request or on the quantity, we'll see if it can make me a better price than the standard £1,287 sterling. The system should come back with a price now, which is let me oh, there we go. And yeah. Well, I got well, got a nice rebate. I got £240 off. I didn't make it to the $9.09 9. But okay. I think I can get it sold for the $10.40. And, also, on the other options where possible, I have I have received some additional rebate. What I can do now or three things. I can either share it with the distributor, so I can send it off to my distributor of choice. So in this case, if I would click that button, the system would show the eligible distributors in the country I'm in. I'm not gonna share it with the distributor yet. I'm not really sure if this is exactly what the customer want, but I do want to send something already to the customer. Oh, yeah. Sorry. I forgot something. Let's see if there's a discount code I could add to this request. What the system will now do when I hit the add this add discount code, it will allow me to select any available discount code. Since I haven't received one from Lenovo, it will show empty. If I would have a discount code that is applicable or that has been assigned to my company and where also my administrator for the company said everybody within the company can use this discount code, the system would show here a list of all the discount codes assigned to my company. And if there's a green tick in front of that discount code, I could actually apply it to this specific bid request. Since there are none, I just have to continue. And of course I want to have something I can send off to my customer. I click on the export button. The system will now show me what do you want to have shown on the excel file I will be exporting. Of course, it's pretty important I get the list price. The estimated reseller price was 1,287 and 50p that was shown here. The final unit price is my final buying price, but I also want to show the adjusted buying price and the uplift so I know at the later stage how much did I add to it. I'm gonna take five points uplift on my on my pricing. And if I just hit the calculate button, the system will calculate everything, and I can export either into an x a standard Excel or the newest Excel format that is available. If I just click on that export button, the system would give me an excel file which I have already prepared here. So as you can see here, the system has now made me a neat Excel file I can share with my with my end customer. Of course, I'm gonna keep the list price. I want to remove, of course, these two because that's my standard reseller buying price. I would also probably want to remove my my buying price, but I can actually show the Adjust Buy Price which is my real buying price with the Uplift I have just filled out in the previous screen. So by removing these four columns and just keeping this one, I can send that off to my customer. They are able to see what I think is what they need with the standard list pricing and their net buying pricing. So something you can instantly share with your part with with your end customer or alternatively have this imported in your quoting system and work with that going forward. So we're here now. This looks all good. Let me just go back. Let's say I have a quick chat with the customer. He says, Steven, wonderful. That's exactly what I need. Then, of course, I need to be able to order it. How do I order it? Making sure that my distributor actually gets a contract they could use to get that discounted pricing also from Lenovo. Therefore, I would hit this confirm bid request. I'm not gonna push that button right now. Well, I can push it here. Let me just push it, but I'm not gonna really push it to contract. What the system will do now is actually check which of my distributors might have that on inventory. So if it's green, that means the distributor has the kit on inventory in the quantity I need. So I can say, let me just use this distributor. They seem to have everything on inventory, so I want a contract generated and sent to that distributor for these quantities. If I would now hit the submit button, the system would go back, create a contract, send it off to the distributor, and I can talk to my distributor, say, hey. I believe you have received the contract for this specific end customer. Can you just check you've got it? If they confirm it, you can place the order at the approved at the pricing. They will communicate with you. This could be the pricing that was shown to the system or if the the distributor feels very generous today, they could actually maybe give me one or two points additional discount if they have the room for that, of course. So this is actually just starting from the AI, something we can do in the future as Rene told you, do the selection, find the exact part number we want, go to LBP, paste the part number after selecting our end customer within this input screen, and get a bid request. So it's pretty similar, but as always, slightly different. We can do the same for the ISG side. So then we're looking at the server. So let me just create a new bid request here too. Bid request name would be webinar two. I'm not gonna touch the bid subtypes. I'm not gonna touch the pricing grid yet, or I could if I know which pricing grid I want to use, I can use today. So as you can see, these are the four standard ones that are offered for this specific country, in this case, The UK. We have the educational and triple s and a grid, which is a very specific grid being used for educational purposes and, a number of very specific, very specific, end user accounts. If you're if you want to use that, please do check first with your Lenovo sales rep in which instances or for which accounts you can use those special grids. First in enterprise, again, very specific grid. Reach out to your Lenovo sales rep to make sure you don't use the grid if not if not needed. And the most common one you will actually use is the instant bidding or get my price immediately. So I will select that one. Of course, country of bid request is The United Kingdom, and I can fill out again the customer reference if needed. Again, I will look for my end customer. I will use the same one. I will just give a shorter one, so the system will probably come back with a bigger choice of end customers I could choose from. System is now looking in our database, which accounts I could use. It's taking a while because there's a lot of them. As expected, I have a lot of lot of possible hits. I don't want to scroll through all of them, so let me be more specific and say top choice. So my choice will probably be narrowed to only two or three. There we go again. That's my end customer. Just save it. And now I will actually take you through, I would say, the nonclassical way of selecting a product within the system. There are multiple ways how to do this. Either I can go to configurator. So if I would hit that button, the system will take me automatically to the ISG product configurator. So here I could start from scratch and build my whole system, depending on how I want to see it. As you know, we have Top Choice Express, Top Choice stock, or a completely bespoke system, which we would call them a CTO server. So Top Choice Express, click on that. I know I want to have an SR six fifty, so I will probably take this one. And the system will allow me now to select a base system and do the complete configuration. And this is how that would look like. In this case, I'm not gonna take you through the whole configuration process. I will just make some tiny changes and see if I can get a working that's okay. That all looks good. The system is not indicating that I have an issue. If there would be an issue, this small bell would either be ringing or there would be other places in the configurator where it would say, hey. This is a place where you need to pay some attention to, so I'm pretty happy with this one. I can go to the summary, and I can just add as, I would say, almost a, a webshop experience. I can just add this to my cart and the system will now take that configuration and import it into LBPE, and I can continue with the quoting process. Might take a few seconds for the system to pull everything down. There we go. And we have here the complete configuration we have built in the configurator. What we could also do if you're working in, let's say, maybe a larger organization where you have people specialized in doing the configurations, what I did before was just go into the configurator, do the configuration, and pull that into immediately into LBPE. But maybe your presales guy or girl has already spoken to the customer. They have created a configuration in DCSE. So in the configurator, and they have saved that configuration file, for you. So you can they send it off to you by email. Then by clicking on the upload XML, the system would allow you to actually import an XML. So you could just drag and drop the XML file here. If it's if it is still valid, the system will do similar to what I've done before. It will look at the configuration and import that configuration into my bid request and add it on top of what I had already selected. An alternative method to, add a product would be just clicking the add product and the add product will take me to what we would call the product catalog. So here you can see these are the systems we think you might want to take a look at but I can also decide to say no. I know what I want. I want to have something very specific. So we can use base servers. So there we can start the configuration on the base servers. We can do the same for storage rack and power systems. So if you need racks or UPSs, that can be done here. You have networking. You have software defined infrastructure, but also a complete overview of all of the options. If a end customer is looking for, let's say, some additional drives for the storage bay he they have bought before or to do an upgrade on memory. You can actually find those here. There's also a complete section, dedicated to services, but also the software can be selected here. So I could just, for the fun of it, add this one to my bid request. That will be added to my list. Looks good. That's the one I need. I just click on add to my bid request, and you will see now that the system has added this additional system to the request I already had based on that configuration I did in DCSE. In this case, I need two servers. So you will actually see that also in this case, the linked items, the software titles are being added. Also for two, I want on all of them, I wanna have the c o two offset, and, of course, I would like to have the same services on these two servers. From that one, I might I don't need two of them. I think it's sufficient. Yeah. I can go with just one. And similar to what I did before, I can click on request price. One small thing I haven't I haven't shown you yet is here the this the inventory. So based on what the distributors have reported to us as their inventory, the system will also indicate what is available today in the channel. Of course, since this is a bespoke system or a CTO system, that will not be available in the channel because we build it based to your specifications. So a distributor can, in theory, not have that system on on their inventory. Request the price, and the system is now doing the calculations based on the grid I have selected in the first screen, and the system will come back to me with a pricing, hopefully, a little bit better than what it's showing here. Oh, yes. I got a really nice discount. So I got a discount that was at 15 k would be my standard buying price, and I've gone down to 7 and a half k, which is probably a price that would be a winning price for me. So similar to the previous one, I can share with my distributor. I can add a discount code or I can do export. Or in this case, when I forgot something, I can actually hit the edit bid. I can go back into the bid at, let's say, a service or an option I forgot. And if everything is like I wanted it after chatting with the customer and after sharing that, of course, with the customer through the export button, I can confirm the bid request, select my distributor, and get the contract sent off to the distributor, which would allow me then to, offer it or order it from the distributor. People who are scrolling a little bit down, system is showing here what I would call the XML file. So that would be the XML file If I would need to upload the same configuration again in another bid request, I could just save this one. So I could just tick it here, click it on the download button, system would save that to my, to my desktop or wherever you want to save it. And next time I want to run a configuration for the same for the same system, I don't have to go back into DCSE, but I could just start a new bid request and then upload XML, upload the XML and I am sure I'm quoting the same system. So pretty similar as I already shown on the PCSD side for ISG we have the same view here so it's also new customer bonus, deregistration and bid request and as I already said the deregistration and the new customer bonus is what we will cover in our next webinar on May 20. So quickly going back to the PC side, the one part I didn't show there is the catalog because Rene already used our AI navigator. So in this case, I would create a new bid request. I would use here webinar three. I'm still in The UK, and customer name, top choice, search rate. Select the end customer, save it. And now we will kind of do it the old fashioned way. As you can see, I'm much older than Renee, so I'm kind of keen on doing things the old fashioned way. So now I can click here on the add product. If I hit the add product here, it will take me to the product catalog from the p c from the PC side, and there I can start doing the selection. So what Renee Renee done has done before using the AI navigator, I can actually do it here manually. So I can say I wanna have a a laptop, I wanna have a ThinkPad, I wanna have an l series. I wanna have an l 14. Probably the latest, version, gen six. The system will show me all of the available systems. It's also indicating whether it's a top seller product. It's in stock in the channel, so that's always always interesting and also indicate that it's a services bundle. So that means that within this system, we have added by default an additional services, making sure your systems are properly covered. I can add that to my list, and the system has, for my convenience, added some services and some options. If I want to see what it is it's showing here. So, yeah, that looks good. It has the same options or if some if for some reason I say no. No. I don't want them to have a headset. I can just remove the headset. I can add the items to my bid request, which is being done now, and I can return to my bid. And the system will show me again, based on the selections I've made in the catalog, the complete bid request. Again, I need five units. Let's make sure everybody gets the same. They all want to have the same or I'm really cross with somebody in my company. I'm only getting four of the screens. He's not getting one because he use it he uses it to oh, I forgot here to put my nope. Yeah. Of course. Stupid me. Why would I pay $9.09 9 for a system that has by default a price of $9.11? So I want to buy it at $8.50. Hope it will get it through now. Yes. It does. System is doing the math again, and it will probably come back with a pricing, hopefully, around the $8.50. The system did indicate it's a WDFM, so we're doing from marketing system. So I would only be able to buy the the quantities that are still available within the channel, but I've checked it before. As I I showed you within the catalog, there is still some inventory within the channel, so I should be able to get it from one of my distributors. System really likes me. I requested $8.50. Got $8.50. I got a nice rebate on on the visual, so I can again show either share with the distributor, add a discount code if I have one, export the file I can use to send it off directly to my end customer or alternatively click the confirm bid request, get a contract generated, and place the order at my distributor. So this is kind of the old fashioned way how to use the product catalog how and how to raise a bid. I think I've covered the majority of it. As already said, next webinar, we will be covering deregistration and NCB. And I think that's it for me. Back to you, Christy, to see if there are any questions. Perfect. Thank you very much, Steven. We've had, one through in the q and a and one through in the chat, both of which have been answered already. Although saying that, we have gotten one that's just come through. So Steven and Renee, I may need your support on this one, which says, where can we include Microsoft autopilot ready in the quotation or in the configurator? I need you to come back on stage, please, Steven. Mumbling against my own microphone. So as far as I know, that is something you would actually need to reach out to your to your sales rep. They can do that from, let's call it, the inside version of our quotation. That is something we can't do through the LVPE part. So just reach out to your sales rep. They will guide you on how, making sure if you need that option being activated on how to do that because it requires a little bit more, a little bit more configuration from our side. And, of course, we want to get it right first, So we need somebody from Lenovo to take a quick look. They can do the changes for you if needed, and then share the call back to you so you can continue the bidding process. Perfect. Thank you very much, Steven. So what I'm gonna do is quickly put into the chat that email address that I showed at the beginning of the webinar. So if you do have any questions, maybe something comes to you in the next kind of hour, days, weeks, whatever it looks like, drop an email through to that email address. That will come straight through to me, and I can get that answered for you. But, otherwise, thank you everyone for joining us today. I hope you found it useful, and, hopefully, we'll see you again on a future webinar. Take care.
