Today, we'll be hearing from Alex Elliott, our presales engineer, talking about Lenovo and AMD's partnership and the solutions that that provides that you can then send to your customers. We'll hear from Will Moffatt with some exciting updates from AMD and how Lenovo and AMD are working together globally to deliver efficient solutions to the market. Then we'll hear an extremely exciting IS update infrastructure as a service through TrueScale from Charlie Lawford, and there should be some very, very interesting points being made in there. I'll hand it over to start off to Alex Elliott, our presales engineer, to take you through our first segment. Thank you. Thanks, Scotty. Hello, everyone. So just a bit about me. I'm, presales, for ISG, our infrastructure team in New South Wales. I was, up until about eleven months ago, a customer of Lenovo's, worked, in various forms in, media and entertainment. And a large part of what brought me to Lenovo was the, the Lenovo AMD relationship. AMD at the time were the only, CPU provider that was able to meet the requirements that we had in in media and entertainment for for render and and three d pipelines. And so through that relationship, I've ended up here at Lenovo in presales. So based in New South Wales and work with the, the New South Wales ACT and VIC teams, to deliver solutions out. So today, I'm just gonna, have a a bit of a chat about, sort of our AI offerings and how AMD can help us with, with all of that, and and the, compute needs for AI. So let me see if I can change slides for this. Cool. So when we talk about AI, at Lenovo, we talk about it in three kind of pillars, I guess. Personal AI, private AI, and public AI. This is how we kind of divide up, the the use cases for for AI and how we can approach them and and and design solutions for them. So personal AI, sort of AI voice assistance, on device generative AI, and and smart camera features. This is this is sort of things on your phone, things on your laptop. Moving up from that to private AI, it's sort of operations, data analytics, predictive maintenance, sort of, again, still on on premise, but this time, it's in that infrastructure side of things, you know, the ThinkAgile, systems, ThinkSystem systems as well. And then in public AI, that sort of is the cloud cloud scale, AI. That's that's your chat GPTs and your your copilot. And so we we sort of operate in that that personal and private AI and have a whole range of solutions that can enable, these these applications for your customers. Whether yeah. So, I'll move on to the next slide. So Lenovo has our, AI services practice, that enables customers to sort of fast start their journey with AI. So we have we were able to provide, advisory services, discovery services through our through our services team. And then we have an AI fast start program, which is designed to once we've, you know, once we've understood the customer's needs, how we can rapidly, deploy a a proof of concept, or even a production AI solution. And then we can deploy it and scale out and manage it all, under the Lenovo brand with the customers. Obviously, with these these growing needs for for high levels of compute and GPU, AMD are uniquely placed with Lenovo to be able to provide, yeah, provide this this sort of the the power and the, the power and the performance that's needed for a lot of these AI workloads. Mentioning performance. Lenovo, holds a number of world record benchmark positions, with AMD process based systems. We actually hold around five times more benchmarks than, than our closest competitor. So spec is the organization, that sort of whose job, I guess, it is to to look at the the the performance of CPUs and rank them and rate them. And so, Lenovo, you'll find, sort of dominates these charts. We we tune our machines to to win win win these kind of benchmarks, and you'll you'll find most of our servers have been benchmarked through most of our c p most of the CPUs that we offer. And then we hold a lot of the records there with AMD, which is pretty cool. So if you ever need to to look at performance metrics and and understand what the CPU performance metrics are, spec is the place to do that, and Lenovo can assist you with that. Obviously, with with all these the new new iterations of CPUs, more power is, is is being pumped through each CPU, and those those heat and power requirements are are growing. So Lenovo has our Neptune range of cooling technologies. In the past, this has been sort of, a bit fragmented, and so we've re we've redesigned the range to make it very clear, how our Lenovo, Neptune offerings work. So we have our core Neptune offering called Neptune. This is, a 100% direct water cooling. So this is this is water cooling at rack scale, from the power supply through to all of the internal components of the server. This is obviously large scale rack scale kind of designs for this for for this solution. We then have Neptune core, which can be a bit more tailored, to the components that you want called in the servers. So we can design the server and the solution to call the core components that that are required. And finally, we have our Neptune Air solution. So this is sort of akin to, I guess, gaming PCs with a radiator that's internal into the system and, and able to be yeah. Cool the CPUs more effectively. Obviously, with the higher TDPs of these CPUs, growing, that we need to efficiently more efficiently get the heat off the CPU die and out into the data center. Whilst Neptune air may not reduce your overall data center cooling requirements, it will reduce, it will make more efficient transfer of heat from the CPU out into the data center environment. So this is our portfolio of AMD enhanced, devices. So we have a a range of general purpose single socket and dual socket servers, all with AMD EPYC inside. We have our, high performance computing range. So that's that's falls into this that Neptune category, which are which are AMD enabled there as well. We have a a tower server, and then a bunch of hyper converged solutions in that space as well. So HX, VX, and MX, so that's Nutanix, Microsoft, and VMware certified, solution for Hava Converged, and then a bunch of GPU rich AI systems with AMD Instinct, GPU platform and, AMD CPUs in those designs there. So we have a a form factor to fit every application with AMD. And the one that I haven't mentioned there at the top is our Edge portfolio. So Lenovo are unique in the market with our Edge portfolio. This is compute, server traditional server compute, but in nontraditional environments. So the SE four five five v three is designed around, Lenovo racks and comms racks. So it's a short depth server, with all of the IO and control on the front of that unit, that enables access when most comms racks are butted up against concrete wall. So this allows putting a traditional server into that space. Two u form factor, but very short depth with a whole host of IO options, storage options. It's also designed to operate quieter and more energy efficient, than a traditional server, again, designed for nonstandard data center, applications. One of the main features of our edge portfolio is our security. So the edge portfolio has a a whole host of ThinkSystem security ThinkShield security applications. So, ability to encrypt and system lockdown, to geofence the device or tamper protective of our device. So if the device is is broken into, if it's stolen, if it's taken outside of a location, it can it the the drives will encrypt themselves. It'll destroy its encryption keys and things like that. So the whole host of, options there in how we can secure this, and obviously operates quieter and can operate in, hotter environments than than standard servers as well. So there's there's heat, heat controls in there as well that allow it to to work outside of standard data center environments. Sure. Okay. So, just a bit more about this four five five. Yeah. So it's it's designed with AMD CPU on the inside to, enable high performance, high high performance on the CPU and, GPU. So it's designed as as a standard server. So two PSUs, four drive bays, six PCI slots, and an OCP slot with plenty of connectivity allowing you to use this for standard server applications. We also have this in a, VDI solution sorry. In a, in a a hyper converged solution, HCI solutions. So yeah. And just one final image on this because I really like this server, and it's a really great example of our partnership with AMD. Just a shot of the inside so you can see it is a traditional server with traditional components, ability to add additional drives, but all in that edge location. So finally just got one more slide to share. So Lenovo has introduced a new program called Top Choice Express. This is, our ability to, configure servers with a slightly reduced list of components optimized for fast shipping. So our Top Choice Express will ship from a factory will ship from a factory within ten business days, sometimes earlier. We've seen some great examples of when a Top Choice Express, server is built, shipping much faster than ten business days. So this is this is in DCSC, which is our configuration tool. I'm not sure how many, partners on here today have, have used DCSC before, but the distributors also have access to this as does Lenovo presales. This is a publicly available tool, so a customer can jump on here and, and and design their own server as well using DCSC. TopTress Express enables a bit of a follow the bouncing ball to that design. So once you select your server, Top Choice Express, you go through and you get a limit a a a curated list of CPUs, a crate created list of, RAM and all of the components. As long as you make sure that every component is a Top Choice Express component, it means we have it in stock in the factory, and we will ship that server within ten days, from the factory. There's also optimized pricing solutions around this, enabling our pilots to get faster pricing and, straight up rather than having to go back and forth. We're trying to to remove, some touch points in terms of, design and pricing of these servers. We've seen a whole bunch of them dip in in in in less than ten days from the factory, so that's really exciting. We've got a bunch of great, opportunities where these servers have have shipped much faster through distributor. So, yeah, that's that's all I've got to talk about today. So thank you all for listening. I'm gonna pass over to Will from AMD to talk about, all the great things that we can do. Awesome. Thank you very much, Alex, and good afternoon, everyone. Thank you so much for your attendance so far, and thanks, Alex, for for leaning into what, I'm going to cover next. So as the name says on screen, my name is Will Moffatt, and I am the ANZ channel lead for AMD, servicing across all partners and distribution, obviously, our good friends, over here at Lenovo. So we're gonna cover a couple of things off today, and mainly two, I should say, a couple. I should mainly two. Number one, I'm not gonna assume that everyone in the room knows exactly who AMD is. I'd like to imagine that most of you are familiar with us, but it's a really good opportunity to give you a bit of a refresh of the transformational journey, that our company has been on over the last ten or so years, that's led us to the, market share growth and product development, product acceleration, I should say, in recent times. And then certainly as as Alex alluded to a little bit, the AMD and Lenovo solutions. Now whilst, obviously, this is an infrastructure, focused event, I do have a couple of points on our commercial client devices as well, because we have an amazing range of products, with Lenovo in that space also. So, fair to say, as I mentioned before, that we have been through a bit of a transformation, over the last ten or so years. I think the the AMD of today, is very, very, very different, some would say polar opposite of, AMD, ten years ago. There's some numbers on your screen just just so you can see how, fast we've grown and how big we now are. We've been around for about fifty five years, and, obviously, we are one of the only silicon, partners or silicon manufacturers out there that can power everything from a cloud solution, all the way to the edge. Our revenue has increased, immensely, over the last couple of years. We're now a $26,000,000,000 company employing about 28,000 people globally. Now the interesting part about our around our workforce is 80% of them are actually, research and developers. So the sales arm, the marketing arm, etcetera, are quite small comparatively. Lisa had one very simple mission when she took over our, our company and led us to the the direction that we are now in, was to build the best x 86 core that we physically could, and scale it. It's as simple as that. And thankfully, as we've seen in the share price of the share market as a reason, that's worked out quite well for us, which is really exciting. As I mentioned before, growth is key for our business, and and we're certainly not slowing down. I think one of the key takeaways from this, particular slide here, though, is our growth in data center. Whilst data center has always been a a large part of our business, it continues to be, over 50% of our revenue that we accrue annually. And this is done with the partnership of the likes of Lenovo, offering those product portfolios across both AI, and edge all the way through to one u, two u stacks, AI boxes, etcetera. So I think for us, data center is mission critical not only to what we do today, but certainly in the future. And most of we're talking about Lenovo, and their product portfolio, as Alex alluded to, I also wanna give you guys a bit of an insight or a bit of a teaser into, the next iteration of what we're bringing to data center and, more importantly, our AI accelerator business. We introduced our first, Instinct or MI series product, in 2023. This product, went from a $100,000,000 business for us internally to a $5,000,000,000 business, in the span of twelve months. Our MI product is the fastest selling product on record with AMD. We have all of our partners across the hyperscalers. So think of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp. Elon Musk is also a purchaser. A lot of these large companies that are buying our inventory for twelve to fourteen months in advance, to further develop their their LLMs and their their AI infrastructure. So, we are, yes, a CPU manufacturer at the end of the day, but our business is so much more now, which is really exciting to be a part of. As I mentioned before, we are edge edge to edge. So cloud all the way through the edge. We do have mobile. We do have infrastructure. We do have networking and switches. We do have adaptive computing. We have embedded, and we obviously have data center AI GPU product. We are a company who is not reliant on one particular vertical, although a lot of what we do, is is typically around the data center, a lot of that technology that we develop, in the data center then flows through to a lot of our other product stacks. So all the advancements, the efficiency gains, the the the the design wins that we build in our data center flows down into the remainder of our stacks. So, if there is a a product that your customer is looking at it, when it be in any of these categories, I can promise you now that AMD has, has some foot in footprint in there in one way or another. This one I'm really proud of, to see the growth with AMD and certainly work for the company. We were 2% market share, of the global infrastructure market in enterprise, in 2018. We have now just surpassed 40 market share, and on track to have 50% market share, 50% market share, I should say, in in the coming years. So as a brand, we have accelerated our development, with the main focus, as I said, on building the best x 86 core that we can scaling. Customers are voting with their wallets. Whether you're a Netflix user, whether you run Microsoft Office three six five, whether you, drive a Tesla, these manufacturers, these software developers are purchasing AMD, and they're purchasing it for a reason. Our efficiency gains, our our performance, our performance per watt, our cost consolidation, our licensing cost savings. We have a number of different verticals that we tick, that that we box tick to be able to save the customer or your customers, even yourself if you are a customer listening, a money from a data center standpoint that can be reinvested, into other parts of the business. So you'll see a number of these logos on here. We love them all, and they all impact or deal with AMD in in some way. Leadership across specialized workloads. I think this is really cool. This is just some more customer testimonials about the things that we've done, as as a silicon manufacturer and the difference it can make. We are aware of the data center. Obviously, the silicon determines the outcome, but certainly from a mobile, solution, whether it be workstation or PC, a number of partners, customers tend to forget about the internals, and that silica the right silicon choice can dramatically change, the end outcome that the customer receives. So I'll let you read through that for a few seconds, while I go through to the, to the next slide. So Lenovo and AMD. This is not a new partnership. We have been working very closely with Lenovo for, a little over thirty years now. This has been a very intentional partnership. We have worked very closely together to not only build, a product portfolio that is relevant, but also targets, selected parts of the market. So irrespective of whether you're in data center, whether you're in, AI or the AI accelerator business, whether you're looking at LLMs, whether you're looking at mobile PC, whether you're looking at workstation, regardless of what industry you're in, we have built a product for you. And as Alex said before, there is a get in touch button. So if you're unsure as to what is the right solution for you or you're interested in ex exploring what AMD and Lenovo do together, please click that button, and we can take you through what our total offering is that's more relevant to your to your workflow or your work solution. As I mentioned, we have a number of devices, whether that's from, entry level or or our opening price point through to mid market through to our high end p 6,000 workstations, that we have the likes of of, Weta and a few other large scale, companies using, for their rendering, in in their industry. So, we have a product for you as the takeaway, and we'd certainly love to speak to you more about whether there's an opportunity for us to work with you, on your next refresh or your next fleet. Alex did this slide more justice than I could probably do, but just as I said before, we have absolutely everything covering from our SMB SD 45 box, which is a server in a box for under desk, right up to our eight way, GPU rich AI systems. So if you are a a developer, in that space, we have a product solution for you as well. I think what I'd like to to touch on next is, as I skip ahead and I shouldn't have, I think I wanna pause there from a from a product portfolio point of view, and I wanna sort of give you a bit of a teaser into what is the what is what have we been working on, what does our road map look like for the next twelve months? And we have two products here, one in data center and one in our GPU accelerated business, and what our what our go to market is. Venice is the code name of this particular product. This is public information, so I'm allowed to share it. But we not only were we the only ones to be able to scale up to a 192 cores in our current Genoa platform, When we introduced VENICE, the first two nanometer, data center CPU, we'll be able to scale up to 256 cores, which far surpasses, anything our competitors are able to offer. Why is that important? It brings another level of consolidation to large scale enterprise or or large scale businesses that are reassessing their work stacks or their workflow around how do they bring better efficiencies and better cost savings without reducing your performance. As you'll read through the specs on screen, performance is is nothing short of mind blowing for what we're able to do on a single socket. I think the biggest challenge that we're probably gonna face here is obviously the power output. And whilst nothing has been confirmed yet, the initial speculations is somewhere around the 700 watts, for a single socket, which we know is quite large. But thinking that we're able to take argument's sake seven of our competitor servers down to one, we are looking at a consolidation even though the power draw for a single socket, might be a little bit higher than what was expected. And then from an instinct standpoint, so we're certainly not slowing down. We've actually changed our accelerator roadmap to be updated or refreshed every twelve months, which is very exciting. So our Instinct MI 400 series, will come into in 2026, and I'll let the the the specs sort of speak to the advancements that we've made on screen. As I mentioned before, our Instinct business is the fastest selling product we've had in the history, of AMD, and it's changing every second of every day. What I tell you today about our AI portfolio will have changed in twelve minutes. We are refreshing and working on product that quickly. I think one of the good things with with the difference and the and the why behind AMD, is we use our ROCm open source software. There is no ongoing licensing costs to your customers to be able to engage and to test or build, their models, on our on our on our GPUs, whereas our competitor, we know there's ongoing costs as part of that subscription service. So, this enables a number of developers to engage, test, and model their their their development kits on our product with a very, arguably, a very low upfront cost or no ongoing cost. So we are a little bit different, and we think that's what's given us, an edge in the AI space. And certainly from a performance perspective, we're not lacking there either, which is really encouraging. So in summary, a couple of things, that we wanna then we touch over, and then I'll I'll hand over to Charlie. But, work with us. We know that, you know, AMD has has come a long way in a very short amount of time, but we do know that there's a lot of legacy mindset and our history has not exactly been, you know, smooth along the way. So we're in the business of changing minds and winning back the trust of you not only yourselves but your customers. So please engage with us if you wanna understand more about the, the differentiator that we can bring to your customers, the the cost savings, whether it be cost savings in data center or on the mobile PC, we are open to having conversations about how we can better partner together. Deeper diving sessions. Obviously, this is a very high level, webinar, but if you're interested in getting a bit more nitty gritty with specific customers or tenders you might be working on, and you need support from either, you know, myself at AMD or the guys at Lenovo, again, feel free to get in touch. We are happy to take you further down the rabbit hole, than what than what today can bring. And then lastly, seed units. And and, you know, I might be putting, the Lenovo PBMs to work here, but certainly, if if you're working on deals, if you're working with customers, our biggest strategy here is letting the customer see the device or test the device in their system, the infrastructure or their, environment before purchasing. We track this globally, and we categorically know that we will win or convert the deal 75% of the time, when we seed a unit. It's actually 90% for infrastructure. So if you're wanting to, appear to deals as a dip with a differentiator, open some more doors and even, you know, based on the historics, be more be able to convert more deals to a win, we are absolutely open to to working with you, from a seeding perspective as well. It's been, it's been a while since we've done a a webinar like this. And, for anyone that's been following Lenovo for a while, you know, I've done done quite a few of these. But this is a new platform and, it seems to be working pretty well for us, and I hope it's working well for you guys. Just a reminder, there is both a chat and a q and a box. If you wanna ask any questions, I see Scott's been putting some collateral and content in there, which is, which is great. Now I'm going to, let's see, advance the slides. Alright. And then I'm gonna kick things off with a video. So, let me see if this works nice and smoothly. Alright. Smooth as butter. Hang on. Let's get that slide back. Alright. Very good. So, look, the message here is, you know, Lenovo TrueScale is maturing. We're maturing with our channel partners, and we are delivering, you know, everything as a service to the market. And as we can see by the next slide, that market is growing. Right? So the analysts are saying that the infrastructure service market is growing and is going to grow considerably over the next five years. Right? We're seeing a lot of cloud repatriation. We're seeing a lot of organizations who have, you know, had workloads in the cloud for, you know, many, many years now looking to bring some of these workloads back for cost and security and performance purposes, but they're looking for a similar experience to what they're getting in the cloud. Right? They're looking for fractional consumption. They're looking for someone to manage the underlying infrastructure because they don't need to know what it is. They just want an outcome. They want somewhere to run their workloads. Right? And we can deliver all of that using TrueScale everything as a service. And so part of the maturity of TrueScale IaaS, which has been around since 2019 now. Right? We've had a lot of success in both globally and and certainly here in Australia. We're actually the largest country for TrueScale globally here in Australia, and we've done the largest deal, globally out of Australia on on TrueScale. And so as part of this journey, we're really kind of now maturing more with a a more channel centric approach. And so in the last few months, we've really updated and changed, you know, what TrueScale is, what we can and what we can't do. And if anything, we're making it more flexible. We're making it easier, and we're making it more lucrative for you guys to go and sell TrueScale. So what does that look like? So really what we're doing I mean, TrueScale has always been really flexible. It it's it's it's a framework that, that we can work to to deliver, you know, specific solutions and outcomes. Obviously, we're competing with other vendors in the market who are doing similar as a service models, but our flexibility really is key. And this new model makes it even more flexible. Right? So we start off with scalable scalable infrastructure. Right? Compute, storage, software, third party products, data center hosting. Right? Pick and choose the solution and the outcome that you need, you know, for your customer's business and for for their solutions. Where they're gonna attach modular services. Right? So it can be some of the, AI, advisory, or fast start services that Alex has referred to, Alex referred to before. It can be implementation. It can be premier support. It can be managed services. Right? You know, Lenovo has, an entire organization, an entire BU within our organization known as, SSG or solutions and services group that is designed to deliver services into your customers. Right? And what's really key here is that you guys as our partners also have a lot of skills and capability. And so the idea here is that these services are modular and they're flexible, and we can pick and choose the services that, you know, we're gonna be best at, and we're gonna complement the kind of services that you that you guys wanna deliver into your, into your customers. And finally, flexible financing. Right? So we have a financing arm within Lenovo, LGFS, Lenovo Global Financial Services. Right? And as you'll see on the next slide, we can do anything from infrastructure financing all the way through to a full variable consumption as a service style models. But that financing is really really flexible, we also leverage third party finances as well and we can get very creative with the kinds of things that we're doing and you know hopefully in the next kind of few weeks or so, we'll have some exciting announcements of, you know, some, some of that flexible financing that we're going to be bringing to market and bringing to you guys. Alright. So this is one of the main kind of shifts and one of the main changes. For any of the any of you that have been following TrueScale for a while now, you'll be familiar with TrueScale IaaS. Right? Full infrastructure as a service. Technology, financing, premier support, implementation, managed services, customer success manager. Right? Everything on the right hand side there is what was considered TrueScale. Right? What we now consider TrueScale has broadened in its scope. Right? And it covers everything down to straight infrastructure financing, right, which is effectively leasing. Right? And then we've also got our, our our the ability to expand on that financing with our, our TrueScale infrastructure with attached services. Right? So we can take that simple financing model and we can include things like premise support implementation services, and that is still considered TrueScale. And from an incentives perspective, right, and for you guys as partners, you can see there that it's referred to as l three sixty for TrueScale, and I'll I'll get into get on to a little bit later and to exactly what that what that is. Right? One of the goals here is to make consuming TrueScale and our financing more autonomous and easier for you guys as channel partners. Traditionally, it's been reasonably complex. Right? There's a lot that goes into it. This is really gonna simplify that model, and I'll show you some examples as to how we're simplifying it and how you'll be able to consume these solutions more readily by yourselves. Alright. So if we look at that TrueScale ISA, what's the messaging here? Like, what is the what is the model? Why does it make sense? It's a true life cycle solution from end to end. Right? All the way starting from advisory services, right, presales consulting, AI advisory, as we mentioned, AI fast start services, through implementation. Right? We can obviously implement our solutions to to our best practices, you know, support with premier support 24 by seven by four by two committed service repair for six hours through to manage, right? We've obviously got a very comprehensive range of managed services. We can manage individual, bits of infrastructure, individual servers, switches, through to more complex hybrid cloud solutions like VMware, like Nutanix, like Microsoft, through to HPC, through to Red Hat. Right? We have very a very comprehensive range of managed services, right, which is really designed to, you know, take away the, the the need of the customer to to put their valuable resources on doing simple things like firmware updates. Right? We can manage that to give, you know, your customers more time back, right, to deliver more important value to the business. Right? And finally, through to retire and refresh. Obviously, we've got things like asset collection. We've got asset recovery services. We can return value, you know, to your customers by collecting old kit, either existing now or the the kit that we're, you know, putting on the floor today. Right? And, obviously, these solutions are available across our entire ISG portfolio. Right? So whether it's ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile, you know, ThinkEdge, HPC, AI, GPU as a service. Right? The portfolio is very, very comprehensive. And so what does this look like in practice? Right? Like, I thought I'd put together an example just to kind of crystallize and so you can visualize what what this might actually look like. Right? When we go through a true sec TruScale engagement, you know, the the the presales, the the consultation phase is very much the same whether we're doing CapEx, whether we're doing leasing, whether we're doing TruScale. Right? We need to work with our customers. We need to do sizing. We need to understand their problems, and we need to define a solution. Right? In this instance, it's really, you know, what how can we solve a problem like VMware? Right? We've got a customer that's facing really high software renewal costs. Right? They're on a VMware platform today, and then they're looking at options. Right? What else can we do? Alright? But they're also considering what is the the complexity around migration? What risk does that bring? Right? What is the management overhead? How do I integrate my existing backups? Right? And so the solution for this is a, you know, a predictable managed outcome using our Nutanix platform. Right? So in this instance, we've got four Nutanix nodes. We've got a Veeam, backup server. We've got Nutanix licensing. We've got delivery. We've got implementation, and we deliver everything as a managed service. And when you boil all of that down into one, you know, price to your customer, we're looking at about $6,200 a month. Right? Now this is just an example. Everything every every solution that we do like this is gonna be custom. We're gonna quote it specifically, but I just wanted to give you an example as to what, you know, a solution like this might look like. Alright. So how are we making it easier for you guys to consume TrueScale? Right. So there's four key elements here. First of all, TrueScale is a lot more prevalent now on LPH. Right? So you can log into Lenovo PartnerHub. You know, TrueScale has its own, section in there where you can go and, you know, access collateral. We've got Lenovo success where you can access access case studies. We've got a number of local case studies, for customers running TrueScale here, but you can access TrueScale through Lenovo PartnerHub. One of the links in there is the TrueScale pricing estimator. Right? So the pricing estimator is actually really comprehensive. There's a whole range of different solutions from storage as a service, backup as a service, hybrid cloud, or even just bare metal. You can put in the parameters of the solution. You can say, hey. I want 10 servers, with, you know, this many resources, and I wanna manage them over five years. Right? And then within a minute, you'll get an email with a pricing estimate. Now is it the best price in the world? No. Right? Come to me and I'll give you that. Right? But to give you an indication as to what a monthly cost on these kind of solutions might look like, it's a really good place to start. The other key thing about pricing estimator is that once you've already built out that solution, there's a button in there where you can send say, send to DCSE. Right? Alex spoke about DCSE before, our data center solutions configurator, and it will actually export the config that you built in DCSE. Right? And it'll send it straight into, sorry, the the config that you built in the the arch pricing estimator, and it will send it to DCSC. You can then tailor it and configure it in an even more granular level. Right? And then from there, you can then export it in LBP, and you can self consume price pricing. Right? So as part of that, we will include all of the part numbers for TrueScale. So things like custom success manager, managed services, all of those components will be built into that configuration, right, and you can extract that price from LVP. So, you know, it's it's it's a great story. It makes it a lot easier for you guys to go and self consume these solutions. Even if you've just got a customer that's like thinking about it, hey, what's what is this gonna look like? I just wanna see an auction. Right? We can go through that process or as always you can always reach out to me directly and I can I can help you out? And finally, I just wanted to talk about an update, and this is part of our maturity in terms of working with our channel partners. Right? We have now implemented rebates for our for our TrueScale solutions. So we have these new incentive tiers with Lenovo, l three sixty TrueScale partners. So we have up to a 12% back end rebate, right, available on all of our TrueScale deals now. We've spoken about rebates for a while. We've had them in place. We've taken them away. They are now back. This is globally mandated. They're they're here to stay. So these right rebates are available to you, as of today. And just as a final piece, and I don't have a slide on it, you know, obviously the rebate is great for for the partner as a business, but for you guys as sellers, we also have, an an incentive. So any true scale deal that you close in ANZ above 200,000 Australian dollars, we actually have a 2 and a half thousand dollar tag or watch available for you as well. Right?
